Subject: [PATCH] ci: upload only wheel and sdist in releases

`files: dist/*` also picked up the `dist/.gitignore` uv writes, attaching a
stray `default.gitignore` asset to the release. Restrict to dist/*.whl and
dist/*.tar.gz.
