## 2026-09-14 post-census measurement and lifecycle experiment
The full new profile establishes compatible graph/query reuse on identical tips
(18.521–18.874s), but all 18 other transactions time out and 0/24 target checks complete.
The isolated local-session census probe is promising: four warm requests take 0.221–0.467s
versus 14.292s for disposable execution, with confirmed hanging-operation cancellation
and process-group reaping in 0.043s. Startup and load still cost 12.805s and 3.636s.
The first transport attempt correctly failed on HTTP success without a response payload;
all attempts are retained. No production session integration or query equivalence is claimed.
[Remediation research](release-remediation-research.md) records the exact results and
the shared context-contract gaps: missing non-taint family producers, global vendor and
line-correspondence vetoes, and unresolved query-to-operation identity. Preserve the gaps
until actual question-owned dependency/correspondence evidence can resolve them. Task 8.3
and independent qualification remain blocked; the alpha's eligibility remains disabled.
