fix(docs): add the two orphaned pages to mkdocs nav

`pre-push-for-developers.md` and `use-case-fix-and-reverify.md` (authored
2026-10-07) were in docs/ but absent from nav, so `mkdocs build --strict`
errored and test_docs_site::test_site_builds_strictly failed. File both under
"Using it", restoring the strict build.
