ci: install the hunt extra so pytest exercises the hunter tests

CI's pytest stage had not run since 2836b78 (ruff and mypy failed first). Once it ran, the hunt tests reached
dspy at run time and CI never installs the optional extra. Installing it mirrors the local environment the
suite and mypy are gated in.
