## Proposed prerequisite awaiting review — 2026-09-13
`frontend-retention-prerequisite.md` records a confirmed dependency gap blocking
pre-push-safety-net task 3.4: pinned JavaScript frontend filters remove declared
first-party tests. Its dependency adaptation and acceptance checks are proposed,
not added to the approved executable task list. Review this prerequisite before
resuming downstream partition completion.
