The boxes were left unticked and the notes unwritten when group 5 was
committed. Records the closure fix and the three bugs it uncovered, each of
which would have raised the number while making the answer untrue, and the
correction that req.url was not a wrong diagnosis but an untestable one -- the
scoping bug blocked everything downstream of it.
