v1 (1/11) and v2 (0/17 recall, 0/17 sampled precision, 12% completion) show that fixes learned on one population do not transfer to the next. The causes are breadth: framework-shaped entry points, module boundaries the frontends do not resolve, name-matched sinks colliding, and scale. Options: - A: continue engine-first; - B: the model proposes, the engine proves; - C: narrow the product to one ecosystem. Recommendation: first run the unchanged tool hunter on the v2 pins as the deciding experiment. For maintainer decision; no approved spec changes.
