merge(search-with-proof): verify-time-only observable guidance (fix explore-time reachability trap) [skip ci]

Agent guidance so path searches stop trying to confirm the oracle observable during
exploration (where it is absent) and instead author a demo for the differential verifier.
Prompt strings only; validators untouched; 37 worker tests pass.
