src/openultrasast/plane/delivery.py: Delivery(store, run, base) mints a presigned
PUT for runs/<run>/<task>/output.tar and a GET per declared input
(runs/<run>/<producer>/<artifact>), expiry OUSAST_TASK_TIMEOUT + 600 s;
delivered() asks the store for the exact key; collect() downloads, extracts
under the run directory with the receiver's member checks (no symlink, hard
link or escape; nothing written on a rejection), re-puts the declared outputs
as single objects and writes done.json; put_input() for inputs no task
produces; save_state()/load_state() mirror state.json. The reconciler opens the
store first (no fallback; the CLI reports a store that cannot open and submits
nothing), mirrors state.json after every change and seeds a rerun with no local
state from the store (the 2.1 bullet's state mirroring is what gives the new
module its importer). The reconciler crossed 500 lines here (517) rather than at
2.4 as 1.6 projected: the bound moves to 550 with the reason in the assertion,
as 1.6 decided. tests/plane_fake_store.py is the S3-shaped fake (objects in a
dict, presigned URLs on a local server); tests/test_plane_delivery.py covers the
body, expiry, polling, rejection, declared-only re-put, state seeding and that
no URL reaches a log. Module-audit manifest regenerated (148/5, no orphan).

ops/ax/up.sh reads kube_context, registry, pools.default and the images path
with `python -m openultrasast.plane.profile --print`, writes the runner digest to
ops/k8s/profiles/kind-images.json instead of ~/.cache/.../runner-image, renders
ops/ax/workerpool.yaml.tmpl from the profile's pool (POOL_NAME/REPLICAS/CPU/
MEMORY, WORKER_IMAGE), and keeps an existing pool and an ax CLI newer than its
checkout instead of rebuilding them (ko and go install would refill several GB
of Go cache on this disk). smoke-run.sh takes the runner from `--print
images.runner` and runs the checkout's code with OUSAST_PYTHON. repin_templates

Reworks the production topology section after the maintainer's three
decisions of 2026-10-02: the target cluster is k3s (containerd, no Docker
socket, runsc + RuntimeClass for gVisor workers, Traefik) with digest-pinned
images published to GHCR by GitHub Actions; kind stays a first-class local
execution mode (two profiles of one code base, every change proven on kind
first); and the reconciler stays the CLI, with a planned remote mode in which
the same `ousast plane run` submits to ax-server in k3s, tasks deliver their
artifacts to the S3 memory store through presigned URLs, and the CLI polls the
store for the same status and attribution table. The in-cluster reconciler
and the in-cluster receiver become a later option. The diagram is redrawn
without an inbound path; the pre-push section says the hook or CI calls the
CLI in remote mode and either waits with a deadline or reads a later `plane
status`. Every item that is not built stays labelled planned.

Answers the maintainer's questions on deployment.md: ax is a Kubernetes
application (ax-server Deployment + Redis in ax-system) that schedules every
Task as a gVisor actor on Agent Substrate (ate-system, WorkerPool CRD); there
is one runner image and concurrency equals warm workers, one actor per worker.
Names the three host-bound components (reconciler, receiver, Joern engine) with
their planned in-cluster replacements, the production shape of the pre-push
hook (local deterministic check in the deadline, delta Run on the plane
asynchronously), the estimated per-push cost from the two measured
per-candidate rates, what is not built (no `ousast plane scan`, no diff
candidates task, population-only Workspace generation, no in-cluster
reconciler), and a sizing table from plane/tasks/*.yaml. plane.md gets a
two-line pointer to the section.

Maintainer: the whole system moves to a Kubernetes cluster soon. Seven host-bound
assumptions become cluster resources or configuration; the engine becomes a
plane task on a larger pool; a delta Run command serves the pre-push use; every

An experiment's register, run, result and arm_outcome rows share one object,
and RustFS's S3 Select infers one schema per object: exp-002's result row
carried `units` as an object beside the run row's integer (and `looks` as
objects beside the register row's fractions), and after `analyse --record` no
row of the experiment could be read (JSONParsingError). The result row now
writes `unit_counts` and `looks_taken`; a test asserts one JSON shape per
column across the four row kinds. The live object was repaired by dropping
the one row (drop_rows) and recording the analysis again.

Static-profile feature records carry the nine plane-only features (agree.*,
ms.*, verify.*) as null in x; after cb85542 the 937 live example rows loaded,
but the renderer's validate_x refused every one of them ("features outside the

hit and restores the rows), static memory rebuilt on RustFS: 904 -> 937

corpus pairs, 1 population positive), 9 wrong excerpts corrected (Ruby blocks,
a TS default-value brace), no embedding call (33 new + 9 changed excerpts
without a vector, ~$0.0003 to embed). Positives-only groups 98 -> 99: all
data gaps (94 vibe-py same-snapshot fixed sides, 3 dev-php, 2 population
fixes that did not change the function). Leak audit: pairs 376 -> 385; static
no new flag; plane two new injection flags (agree.final, verify.votes at

The brace matcher now finds a declaration head in more forms -- name(...) with
any return type, qualifiers, generics or a parameter list spread over many
lines (a paren-aware scan replaces the 8-line lookahead; a prototype's ';' is
not a body, a ')' closing an outer parenthesis marks a call), JS object-literal
methods and property/chained assignments of function expressions and arrows,
$ as an identifier character, Perl 'sub name {', C# expression bodies -- and a
file given as 'other'/'unknown' is sniffed for Perl and Ruby so their def/sub
forms are matched by the right pattern instead of a {} block inside them. The
memory build hands the matcher the label's language where the record's closed
vocabulary language ('other' for Go, Ruby, C#) resolves nothing. One test per
form. Fixed-side negatives still require the fixed side to declare the
function; the 94 vibe-py positives-only groups stay counted.

paired (same program, candidates, folds): memory 724 -> 904, AUC 0.76 -> 0.77 (no injection example
was added). $2.88 metered DeepSeek (ceiling $8; balance 17.73 -> 16.73), $0.0009 embeddings.
Instrument fix: compiled demonstrations now follow the near-duplicate rule (cos >= 0.98) that retrieval
and the pre-call assertion apply; the assertion had stopped the untrusted_destination evaluation.

One page, two halves with a Mermaid diagram each. A: the plane's token economy (one Model per Task with a metered usd/calls budget, attribution table, credentials only in the start request, repo-facts and content-addressed reuse, replay at $0, triage-hunt-tie-break order, prefix-cache prompt order) with every cost quoted from plane-increment-1/2.json, the injection-slice and harvest records, and an honest not-yet list (no token budget in ax, triage applied not run, k and contrast fixed outside experiments). B: the development-side measurement (tool I/O 85.5%, previously 90%) and the benchmarks/dev remedies: read_guard hook, bulk_read portal, token_report, plus the practices. Linked from the nav, index, memory-and-detection and the README docs list.
